I had placed an order online via the Boardmans wedding registry on 5 SEPTEMBER 2013. There has been no delivery to date. Every week I call, I am told that the matter will be escalated and that someone will report back to me. I am yet to receive a phone call from Edcon regarding this matter! Can some educated person at Edcon please tell me what is going on with this order or refund me with the total value of this order with all the premiums calls wasted with your call center managed by clowns and compensation for this delay!
