After writing a report on hellopeter about edcon call centres harrassing me for an account which does not belong to i receive an apology, but that does not stop
a month later edcon call centres keep calling me up to 10 times a day harrassing me about some black guys account which is in problems
this is harrassment to the highest degree and i dont demand an apology now but a settlement for harrassment and defermation of character
i'm beyond now as this shows that edcon call centres have 0 training what so ever
i want an edcon representitive to call me with a settlement for this and an apology for the second time or i go full out to every news paper and proceed with legal council
i am more than angry at this total direspect of consumer rights and total incompetance of edcon call centre staff!!!
