I need feedback on my order...
According to the website I placed my Oder a day before the cut off time... For delivery.
I have called the call centre only to be cut off and to. I have emailed over and over to find out if it is on schedule. A young gentleman by the name of Thapelo has, blatantly to me on various occasions.
I take the lying as a serious matter. Cna online store has broken my constitutional right to know about this.
Not the first time I had this issue with the site. Edcon needs new management at the online store. And now I will get another ref nr from you guys yet the people who to me is still at it... Shocking from Edcon.
