I would like to compliment the assistant store manager Nandi Sithole for going the extra mile and displaying great attitude and positive morale. It can only rub off onto others, she helped me with regards to getting a cash back at the till after I was rejected by pick and pay. She made it possible and made a plan to get what I wanted. This is what customer services is about going the extra mile I was so amazed by the attention I got from the staff mainly from Nandi sithole though. Keep up the good attitude it can only bring more customers and revenue. I really felt so special. Thank you so much Nandi Sithole well done
