On the 7th of may my Gran celebrated her 66th birthday and we went to spur for dinner. From the on set as we entered wewere greeted by all the staff and about 4 managers which was wow. Nandi was our supurb witress she is really an assist to the branch her warm smile great manners and friendlyness was really shocking as its not every day one finds a well mannerd witress. she really had a huge impact on me as a person and coming from a customer care filed i was so proud to share my story and how going the extra mile can really leave a lasting impact with my Team. Nandi I promsed you i would come back to tip you and that i will certainly do. THANK YOU FOR SHIFTING MY LIFE its funny how in life you always come across that one person who just does all the right things at the right time and that is just the person you. i really hope your managerment team invests in growing you as a leader as you certainly are an assist to spur kudos you and all the best see you soon totaly impressed Stuart
