May I beg for some service ASAP please

I dont know how stupid your call centre agents think I am. I request to speak to Nandipha Wapi to a lerato or something in centralised collections. (Nandi knows its me calling) This is not the first time and that I why I WILL COMPLAIN. Lerato lets me hold for 7 mins then tells me she went to nandi's desk She is in a meeting. Then all of a sudden she starts telling me about my enquiry she doesnt even know of so I asked her that I thought Nandi is then in a meeting? This is too rediculous man. ANyway I need a letter from Client care stating that there is payments made on my loan account even though the amounts shows disputed. Another service provider requested this from me for before 10 today I asked Capitec for this 08:00 this morning its already 10:23 SERVICE pLEASE SOMEBODY HELP???
