No 3G, No response to a Hertz bill

I spoke to Mr M Sithole, my personal FNB banker, about the fact that I have not been able to access FNB 3G even though I received an SMS from FNB that I had 3G data allocated to me. He promised me that the 3G data people would contact me. They did not.

Hertz charged my FNB card when I did not use their services. I sent a copy of my problem to FNB card division as well as to Mr Sithole. When I got no response from the Card division, I emailed Mr Sithole.

There has been no response from FNB or Mr Sithole.
