I went to Builders Express yesterday 04/09/2013 to purchase a couple of things. I needed assistance to find some of the items, but the first sales assistant I came across, after loooking for one for 10min, had no idea what I was talking about and said I must go ask at the tillpoints. That is not my job to do, he is getting paid to do that. As I walked around looking for someone else to help me I saw some of the sales personnel sitting around busy on their cellphones with what you can hear is a private call. They don't even look your way or even look up when you go stand at their desks. One even told me " I am busy can't you see".
They have an area close to the door with the month's special products and a week before this visit I saw a toolbox there that I was interested in buying, but no price. That day I was in a hurry so I couldn't spend a half an hour looking for someone to assist me and I just left it. Yesterday when I got there it was still without a price.
The bottom line is that Builders Express has the worst customer service I have seen in quite a while.
