My money was deducted bt didnt receive etym

Earlier last month I received a call frm elis call center which I dnt knw wher they got my number frm... they call offering me a phone n I was very much interstd... the consultant took my details n my banking details... bfr they end the call... the consultant told me tht its nt a fone tht they r offring bt monthly airtime of r39... I told him its ok then I cut the call..monthend an amount of r39 was deducted... bt I didn't receive anything... wht the is tht // I nid my mney bck n cancel this contract
