ADDED INSTALLMENT

Hi

I have had a contract with MTN for as long as i can remember then we I call them because I enquired twice before the last month of my current contract that was to end on the 19th of Februiary I asked them what is the process for cancellation. They said that I must call in after the 19th and they would cancel it for me. I asked them do I have to pay anything additional they said no because my last installment would be on the 28th of February,
I call again on the 19th to cancel and the consultant tells me. They will cancel my account but i need to pay in R468 and they will take away all my airtime with immediate effect. What the is that>???
All of a sudden I must now pay an amount I was never told about and they want to take away airtime that I pay for!!! I PAID FOR it they still deducted money on the last day. They want me to cancel my contract and ask me to pay an additional amount upon cancellation. I cannot even afford my contract that is why I am cancelling it and now i have to pay more money and have no airtime which i pay for???!!! what is that??? business ethic??? no notice before that there was this additional amount of money and that they wud take my ai
