I bought a diamond wedding band for my wife and she had worn it for less than a week before a diamond fell out. Despite their defective goods and quality promise on the back of the invoice, Galaxy & Co refuses to repair the ring, and asked me to pay over a quarter of the ring's total cost to repair it. Even though there is an absence of any damage to the ring, they continue to claim it was our fault and denounce any responsibility at all.
Galaxy & Co. is a business which delivers a product which they clam is of a certain standard. They have failed to deliver this, and yet they refuse to repair it or refund me. That is not how a respectable business is meant to be run, and I urge anyone interested in buying jewellery to go anywhere but Galaxy & Co.
