14.17 on the 6/6/13 - I bought R450.72 of groceries at Cape Gate Checkers. I asked the cashier to ring up a sub total half way, but she did not know how to do this. I then paid with a Visa credit card which she did not recognise as a credit card and called a supervisor who also stood around and stared at the card. she then ran the card through the scanner and it registered on my cellphone as a successful transaction. She disputed this, saying that her terminal was "off line" and that the payment would be reversed in the next "15 minutes". She then together with the supervisor who had still not said a word except to stare blankly, ran my credit card through the machine again all the time insisting that the first transaction would be reversed in a few minutes. Very arrogant and unfriendly throughout this process, heavily sighing with still not a word from the blank supervisor. I now have 2 amounts of R450.72 which have been deducted from my credit card and will have to spend how much time to trying to g
