Unacceptable delays in repairs to SMEG Dishwashe

1. 30/10/2013 I reported via email to [Email Removed] that my Dishwasher was out of order - Error ER01. I supplied the model no and Hirsch's Invoice No. and date of purchase: 21/01/2013.
2. The first call out was quick - a technician came and said the parts would have to be ordered from Italy.
3. No reference number was given.
4. I never got a reply email from SMEG, no reference number for this repair work.
5. 7 week later on 13/12/2013 I sent a 2nd email to [Email Removed] complaining about the service as I did not want to be without a Dishwasher for Christmas.
6. Linden Appliances 0861LINDEN visited twice with the wrong parts.
7. Approx 17/12/2013 I phoned the SMEG call center and spoke to Thinus. He promised to sort it out. Nothing happened.
8. Monday 23/12/2013 I was given a temporary Dishwasher to use. My Dishwasher was placed in my garage, not taken away for repairs.
AS AT TODAY 19/01/2014 nearly 3 months later I still do not have any written correspondence, no reference number, and a broken Dishwasher.
