I bought this pan little over a year ago because I was told by the store it is an excellent pan and I can have it recoated if it damages and it would last me a long time and it is the best. Now after all this time I went to the same store I bought it from and asked if I can bring it in and order a new lid. Now they tell me I bought a classic version witch is not eligible for recoating and I have to buy a new one the pro version. This is not what I was told when I bought the thing and of coarse no one did that I am crazy. So now I would like to know why I would I be given a set of information and the conveniently told something else more than a year later as if I was an and should have known, also why would I spend R200 less on a far more inferior product. I am truly tired of people like me taken for a ride because we are given the wrong info and at the end of the day the only person who lose money is the end user like me and we get brushed off as if we don't matter because I am just one customer and there are many more. But without people like me who buy your products you will not be doing any business. I wonder if this will fall on deaf ears as well!
