About 2 years ago I bought a Bauer Classic Frying pan at Verimark in Maerua Mall. One of the selling arguments was the lifelong warranty / opportunity to "buy" a replacement pan for a small fee should I return my pan at any stage. Great, this is what I did more than 10 days ago: I returned my pan and wanted to buy a replacement (re-coated pan). To my big surprise, at the shop I was informed that this offer doesn't apply to the classic Bauer pan?! That was the only Bauer pan available at the shop when I bought it and was informed about the "replacement policy". The sales lady then took my pan and said she'll send it to RSA, which would take about three weeks. I then called customer care in RSA who assured me that I could have my classic pan replaced and they will sort it out with the outlet straight away. This is the last thing I heard. Customer care in RSA is not answering the phone. The phone line at the shop at Maerua Mall is constantly busy. Somebody please follow-up and come back to me???
