Bauer respray not effective, bauer not responding

I took my 2 year old Bauer pot set for respraying to the verimark store. The resprayed pots looked different, I was told its the new technology. Since then, the pots are no longer non-stick. I called verimark, the telephonic consultant told me i'm not using enough oil/spray and cook (ISN"T THAT THE REASON YOU WOULD BUY NON STICK)? I sent an email to the managers listed on verimarks website a few months ago and received no response. Their adverts show great technology, blowing pancakes and wiping off burnt milk - this respray which I had paid for was pointless, food gets stuck every time.
