The store escalator has been broken for more than a year. They are a huge franchise that have hundreds of feet in and out the store all through the day, and they still have not fixed it! They have an old elevator, similar to the hospital lift, which take ages to move! There are so many elderly people walking the escalator as well, and they not even considering fixing it!
Are they so big a Franchise that they do not concern themselves about their clienteles health?
