DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

On 03/01/2013 i was shopping at Edgars Church Str Pmb. I was on the 1st floor and had 5 towels and 2 towel sets in my hands. The tills were not open on the 1st floor. I stopped a sales assistant and asked for a basket. He said they were all on the ground floor and walked away. I went down the escalator to the ground floor to pay. When i was almost at the bottom i felt a tug on my dress and was told that my dress was stuck in the escalator. 1 of the staff members tried to pull my dress out but it was stuck. He said he'd have to cut it or pull it out. i asked him try again since i didnt want my dress to be ruined but the escalator was jammed and customers were walking down. He was anxious so he pulled my dress out and it tore. I told the manager Mr. Lindumusa Magutshwa of the incident and he said there was nothing he could do, it was my fault since my dress was long. I phoned the customer care line and spoke to Noxolo Thusi. She said that i would be contacted in 48 hours with a response. 48 hours ended on Saturday so i expected a call on Monday but no one called. I called Tuesday and spoke to Wesley Roro who promised to get back to me but no one has contacted me with a response.
