Yesterday I went to Cape Town to collect my voucher the store offered me. After finally getting parking in Cape Town I went to the store. To my anticipation the lift and escalator was still out of order. Tell me how am I suppose to get to the rest of the floors with my baby in a pram. In the e-mail they sent me they said that it wont recur again. It looks like they really dont want me to spend my money in their store. Good luck Edgars in keeping your customers happy.
