I went this afternoon 08/10/2013 to Edgars in adderley street at 2:45, as i went up i fell on the escalator that is broken since last year already. The manager was called Nazier came and asked me how i fell, if you walk if an escalator that is far apart, how do you know what happen when you fall suprisingly, he did apologise for what happend, but he can not do anything about the escalators that are all broken and lift since last year before chrstmas and he said he dont know by when it will be fixed maybe next year, there are more people that fell already which they are aware of and something need to be done. i am in pain with my one hand and arm, cause of the fall and i am not happy with what happend
