I previously wrote, to advise Foodlovers of poor quality of the fruit salad bought, and the coffee that needs 6sugars just to make it taste. got a call from Simon, the owner of Icon Foodlovers. the attitude from the moment i answered the call was extremely rude, and arrogant. he started off with WHAT DO YOU WANT!!! as in i only complained because i wanted freebies... i explained i do not want anything free, i am bringing to his attention the quality if the fruit salad, and coffee sold. he proceeded to scream and shout about how they work 7days a week, have really good coffee, employ high skilled barista, and the fruit quality is of a high standard.
