Money paid in advance- still no delivery

My husband and I purchased Lounge suite, as well as a TV stand and a coffee table from Rochester Parkview. We needed our furniture by the end of April, as we would be moving into our new home by this time. We made a 30% payment of on 31 March. We were told that Rochester had run out of stock on the couches and that they will be expecting the container to arrive by the end of April, the latest, and then we could expect delivery. This was fine, as we would be moving into our new home. On 26April my husband made the full payment for the items, he was told that delivery would be made on 6May, but the coffee table would be the only item missing. My husband said that we would wait for the coffee table. We both took 6 May off from work to move into our home so we could be present for delivery of all items purchased. The furniture was not delivered. We contacted the manager and within 20min only our coffee table and TV stand was delivered. 8May we were told the container supposedly arrived, 7May, told, expected delivery should be Friday10th, but we would receive confirmation by the close of business by 8May- DID NOT HAPPEN! How will we be compensated for time wasted and inconvenience?
