I phoned the House and Home manager and asked her what I needed to open a account, she told me what I had to bring in and so I did. On arrival there I was told to give it to one of the staff and they will give it to the manager and that I will have a answer within 2 days. A week later I phoned the manager and no one received my documents. The manager phoned me and told me she will sort it out. 4 Days later a "not interested" consultant phoned me and asked me what I wanted to buy. I gave her a list of what I was looking at and she said she will get back to me that very same day. A week later With no response from her I phoned her to ask what is going on, to which she replied: "I was going to phone you just now" Still no feedback. Service delivery is poor.
