MONEY WRONGLY TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT NOT GIVEN BACK

Last month a transaction went through my account twice from a debit card machine. The supplier checked but it was only paid over once to them. I copntacted the bank to investigate this and rectify the problem. They told me it would take 15 working days to investigate and rectify. After 15 days I phoned to follow up on the matter. After being put through to 7 different departnments I phopned their complaints line. Here i was told it will take 5 days. Today I phoned again to follow up as it is now pass the 5 days. I fgot phoned back by Magdalene who told me she could not tell me anything as yet and that maybe by tomorrow wuill have an answer or the next day. When i questioned this she put the phone down in my hear. I phoned backed and requested to know who her manager is. Her response was that i should find out myself. I once again phoned and spoke to Tarryn. on requesting details of their manager i got told she cant give it to me and again the phone was put down. I phoned again and asked to speak to a specific person i know in management. Tarryn told me to hold as she would put me through. Then she ccut me off. All i want is my money back that they still havent investigated.
