Very bad customer service

On thursday the 10/01/2013 i applied for a contract with cell c the consultat phoned in and got a ref for a pre approval. on friday i went into the shop and the consultant told me that i need to still bring a few documents in so i did that on saturday, filled the forms and according to them they send it trough. i got a sms from the branch saying that they are just awaiting the modem for my laptop. on monday i phoned in and they were still waiting on the stock on tuesday 15.01.2013 i phoned again and they said they will let me know by the afternoon, but i did not get any feedback from them. so the consultant phoned me 16.01.2012 to ask if i can please bring in my payslip, i asked for the manager of the store as i knwe i gave them all the documnets on 12.01.2012, the manager then said that i need to just come in and collect my laptop, again i went into the shop on my lunch brake, sat for 10 min as there is only the manager that seems to know what is going on, after leaving the store and going back a second time the manager phoned the head office and they said they HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE DOCUMENBTS??? I CANCELLED MY FIRST CONTRACT WITH CELL C BEACUSE OF BAD SERVICE??
