I lost one of my boots Sept 2012. I called them to find out if they could make me 1 boot. they said yes in Sept last year. i sent them my one boot to compare the color. i know they hAve received the boot. i have called about 7 times, and emailed about 10 times and i have not received one response.
i have spoken to a lady twice on the phone and she assured me that i would get a resonse from the owner telling me whether he was able to make a boot for me that will look the same as the one i sent them.
i am horrified at the shocking service i have received. i am tempted to just go out and buy another pair of boots elsewhere. we are in the 21st centuary, its not that difficult to answer emails.
