I bought lounge leather suit and dining room suite at Beares in Rustenburg for R24 000.00 for both.i bought everything cash and I was told that I have 5 years warranty on lounge suit. Few weeks later my wife started seeing cracks on one of the sofa and went and report it to the supplier and they process a claim for collection of goods.weeks later they called me for arranging collection and I told them that was a small crack I saw to one of the lounge sit. I cannot afford to have everything taken off the house and leave the house empty, I told them they can leave them. Nw I realized I made mistake of nt allowing them to take the furniture because nw all my lounge suit is becoming worse, is getting worse.i went to the store to report to the Saleslady (Christina) about the matter.she did nothing about the matter and I end up going to the store manager about this and she promised she will contact the insurance company for claim on my behalf.later the following week I went to the store to ask what is the next step! On my surprise the store manager together with Christina told me that insurance company lapse immediately when I told them that they can't collect my suits. Please assist
