Last year the 7th July 2012 i bought a Saratoga lounge suite cash at the Bloemfontein branch, it was delivered on the 8th the sunday afternoon. On received i inspected the goods and found them to be damaged, i received it because the contractor who delivered it said the shop is already closed and asked i must just write on the delivery note what is wrong he will ask the manager to give me a call first thing monday. It never happended i called them on the 13th July 2012 for the first time and they promised to exchange it should i email them the delivery note... which i did, from there i was always the one to follow up and then i was send from pillar to post. currently i'm still in possession of the damage goods.
I truly have lost hope and trust in this shop and will NEVER buy from them again simply because they take cash buying customers for granted and i'll see to it that everyone is aware of the service that i was rendered there.
