Bought an lounge suit few months ago. After 4 months the spring springs came out and hurts when you sit.
After 2 nd complaint OK fetched the lounge suit and left our family with nothing to sit on. Today after 21 days we are still without a lounge suit. Visiting the Ok store today I was told it can take another week or so.
Receiving visitors over the weekend I have to rent an suit that is costly. I left other shops to buy from Ok`s and this was the results.
