HI . MY NAME IS MR K NAICKER, I HAVE JOINED EDGARS CLUB FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW, I RECIEVED A CLUBCARD AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ACTIVATED, BUT WHEN I WENT TO STERKINEKOR THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NOT UPDATED I HAVE BEEN RUNNING UP AND DOWN FOR OVER 2 WEEKS TO EDGARS, THEY KEEP ON CALLING THE EDGARS CALL CENTRE BUT EVERYTIME I GO TO STERKINEKOR THEY SAY I MUST GO BACK TO EDGARS, I EVENTUALLY SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE ISSUED WITH A NEW CARD ON MONDAY THE 7 OCTOBER, I WENT WITH MY NEW ON MONDAY AND STERKINEKOR SAID ITS NOT ACTIVATED, I WENT ON WEDNESDAY THE 9 OCTOBER AND IT SAYS THE SAME THING . EVERYTIME I WENT I TOOK MONEY TO PAY FOR REGISTRATION BUT THEY SAY THAT THEY CANT TAKE THE MONEY BECAUSE THE CARD IS NOT GOING THROUGH!!! I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE FROM EDGARS, IT REALLY SHOW THAT YOU DONT CARE!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
