I bought a bed at Cape Gate on 29 Dec 2013, for delivery on 25 Jan 2014.
This means: YOU HAD ALMOST A MONTH TO BOOK THIS!

Instead, today (25 Jan 2014), not earlier, you let me know that it was not booked for today.

I want ALL my money returned, plus transaction fees, plus interest, plus R1000 consolation.

THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
