I'm highly dissapointed, I have been an online shopper for some years and today when I tried to release my shopping list I'm told that they dont deliver in my area but all along I have been receiving my orders from the same area and there was no problem, when I check on the list of places that you deliver I see you deliver in all the areas around my place. Why was my area removed from the list? When i foned the online shopping customer services and spoke to Mahommed, he is telling me that the reason they no longer deliver in my area it is bcos of logistic reasons and that there is no Pick 'n Pay Home Store in my area, REALLY??? was it there when you were delivering all along?
Can you please do something about this.
