I bought Ariel liquid washing powder from pick 'n pay via online shopping. The product was not delivered i was charged for it. I have phoned the call centre and they said they will get back to me. They did not and i had to phone again. They then said the product was out of stock. Now i am still patiently waiting for a respronse nothing as of yet. I am a regular online shopping customer and buy this way for my convenience. Now it is becomming an unpleasant experience.
Fruther to the above. Pick an Pay No Name or own brand product are per them as good as other brands and guaranteed. I bought their Sweetener sachets and Diswasher powder and the product were both hard as rocks and un useable within a weeks time. I do not want to need to return things to a shop. I use online shopping to make my life easier.
