After struggling with Kalahari to collect a faulty product for a month, they finally collected same. However, instead of replacing the product as per my request and delivering same to me, the credited my account. I would in this regard also like to remind kalahari of the provisions of the CPA in this regard. I queried it via email. I probably shouldn't be surprised that they ignored me. I want to be contacted with confirmation that the product will be replaced and delivered to me and that it will no take another month before same is done.
