My fianc? &I went to browns to purchase a engagement ring. The first ring we chose was not able to be sized small enough. So we settled to look at another ring the queen of my heart it is called we rushed to get the ring with the smallest stone that was classified in the diamond collection category. With in a month my fianc? paid off the ring&went to get it sized, we got it the first week of march&straight away were engaged. It did not fit from the minute I had recieved it, it was too big so of course being a ring of such value I chose not to wear it unless at special occansions. We had gone in to tell them that the ring size was not right&that there were no stamps or codes on it. They agreed to get it made smaller but within in a space of two weeks. A month went by&I had worn my ring about six! Times&it was yellow! So again we complained&they said they would call! Due to a family crisi&knowing we payed for insurance&had six months to a year with the contract I put it in the ring box&wore it once or twice. Today I went in&they refused to help with out pay. Any one have this problem please contact me! I am taking it further fake white gold!
