I want to take the time to thank Bongani, the manager of Cash Crusaders Doringkloof Centurion. I bought a coffee machine there which cost me R1500.00 (an EXCELLENT price for this machine, they sell for over R8000.00 new). After about a month I was having a few small issues with the machine (nothing that a service wouldn't fix). I took it to Bongani who booked it in and Cash Crusaders was quoted over R1000.00 for the service. Instead of refunding my money, paying for the service, and selling off the machine for 3 times what he charged me, he did the honest thing and got it repaired quickly and efficiently and at their cost (even if this meant he lost money on the deal).
I am reminded daily of the great service when I have my morning brew, save to say I am one happy customer!
