I ORDERED KITCHEN CUPBOARDS ON THE 27TH SEPTEMBER - PROOF OF PAYMENT OF R8 800-00 WAS MADE. I WAS TOLD DELIVERY WOULD TAKE PLACE IN APPROXIMATELY 10 DAYS FROM PAYMENT.
MY ORDER WAS ONLY PLACED ON THE 14TH OCTOBER WITH THE FACTORY. I FOUND THIS OUT WHEN I CALLED THE FACTORY MYSELF. I CALLED THE UCAN BRANCH AT GAME CITY EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST WEEK QUERYING DELIVERY DATE AND EVERY DAY WAS TOLD THE FACTORY IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A DATE AS IT IS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURE.
I ALSO PURCHASED ACCESSORIES NEEDED, SUCH AS LEGS AND HANDLES ONLY TO HEAR THEY DID NOT HAVE STOCK OF THE LEGS I PURCHASED. I WAS THEN TOLD TO COLLECT TO PICK UP THE HANDLES FROM PAVILION OR WEST STREET BRANCHES. WE HAVE RIPPED OUT ALL MY KITCHEN CUPBOARDS ON EXPECTING DELIVERY OVER THE PAST WEEKEND WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN.
SOME OF THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND ARROGANT AND IGNORE CLIENTS STANDING THERE IF THEY DID NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER. I FIND THIS RIDICULOUS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE EMAILED THE FACTORY AS WELL AS THE MANAGER OF GAME @ GAME CITY... HOPING TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE... UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NO FAITH IN THEM.
