Placed and paid for Pool Angel Pool Alarm. Delivery promised 3 to 5 days. No delivery after 6 days. I called to follow up, was advised that order dispatched but courier company lost it. I asked when I can expect delivery of replacement, I was advised that that the alarm was the last one, so it can not be replaced.
I demanded my money back immediately so I could make another purchase, and the nature of the product requires that it be purchased immediately. I could not be helped at 11h00 as the person who authorises refunds only arrives at work at 13h00. I received an email apologising for the inconvenience and that I would definitely have my money back before the close of business today.
Surprise, no refund received in my account
I now sit with holiday accommodation booked with a pool and no pool safety alarm for my 2 year old. I can not go to another service provider and make a purchase as webantics has my money!
