On the 29 January, I placed an online order and made payment for a bed that was out of stock. Only found out on the 30th that the bed was out of stock and that an order will be placed with suppliers and I will have the bed by the following week. I called on the 4th February 2013 only to be put through to the online section where consultatnts take forever to answer the calls. I finally got through today 5 February only to find the person who answered could not assist me and referred me to the head office. When I called head office the person assisting said that they are out of stock and that an order needs to be placed. I asked why the order was not placed last week and he said he cannot find my oder and he will call me back. I am very disappointed in the service I received and when I asked people about their experience with dial a bed, I only heard compliments. The service is bad and the orders section does not get back on email either. Candice
