Service in SA is unacceptable. DIONWIRED proves it yet again.
I went on their online store to look for a Microwave and saw one I wanted, I asked the lady on the live chat at which store this could be collected, she said she cannot see store inventory and I should order online.
After order was made and payment was made. I went onto the Live Chat again requesting for black as the item showed it is available in black as well. Upon trying get proof of the black option on the web page the item moved to out of stock. I then get a phone call instructing me that the stock they had was not sellable and damaged, and that they refunded me. Then after requesting to speak to management I got a phone call from Head office telling me that the stock they have is unsellable, they can't get stock, it was below cost etc.
This is not acceptable, I expect the product they offered online as the payment was already made.
