Went to buy luch at Spar PVR, bought a chicken roll, when I wanted to eat it I could not bite into the chicken as it was rock hard, I toook it back, a mamager passed me onto another manager who then asked me if is was RAW, I asked him to have a look at the roll, which then he asked if I wanted another one or refund, I wanted another one. went to food counter and this is not the first time I have seen or been told the chicken strips have been left in the heating pan and havre gone rock hard, I then inform them and tell them why it might be doing this.
Manager then tells me it was burnt thats all.
Burnt REALLY I know what burnt chicken looks like, not rock hard dark brown chicken which is still labeled to be eaten up until the 07/02/2013.
I was given a teriable look and was told the chicken strips are sold out before lunch time. REALLY.
So they gave me back my money.
Pathetic service, I have been to many spars but this one has the worst food and service.
