Unsatisfactory Service from Ellerince

I called Accounts Department sometime last week to query my settlement amount of R10.402.00 of my Kitchen scheme the lady that i spoke to explain to me that it cannot be changed because if mechandise was dilevered at your house after 6 days you cannot pay the cach price of R5999.00 but this was never explained to me at the shop. Can someone sought out my problem or i will have to look for transport to take back kitchen scheme back to Ellerines and return my money.
