I booked my bus tickets yesterday & informed the lady that she must click window seat so my fiancee's seat & mine will be together. She tells me that she doesn't have that selection which is a as I have booked my tickets at computicket several times. I then spell our surnames for her & when the tickets are printed I'm stuck with 2 tickets in 2 different rows & our surnames were spelt incorrectly & all she could say is "if I'm not happy with the seat allocation I should speak to the Greyhound to change". Now I have to negotiate on the bus to sit with my fiancee which could have been avoided had the teller listened to me in the 1st place. Please have competent people to serve at these points or follow what other outlets do as they turn the screen to face you as you do the booking & such problems are avoided.
