I booked tickets online via mobile phone, I was never given the option to choose my seat - I assumed I will be able to do this when I collected this.
I asked Thando if I can change my seat, as there was still space available, she said that isn't possible - I asked to speak to the manager and she said that won't change anything - and shoved the tickets back in my hand.
I booked two more tickets, as I wasn't able to use the tickets I bought online. I demand a refund.
