I bought a keyboard and mouse from Kalahari and on the day that I received the package, I noticed that the keyboard was defective. I emailed Kalahari on the same day, asking what they would do to correct it: No reply (still no reply via email). I waited a few days and called them and arranged for a return. The returned item got lost in the warehouse. The driver picking it up had no idea what he was supposed to do - great process guys.
I waited a few more days. Nothing. I had to call again and follow up. They promised a credit on my account within 2 working days. 7 days later and still nothing. I waited. Then I called again and I was told to be patient.
It's been 2 months and I am still waiting for that refund.
I buy a lot from you guys, but your new system has major problems. And your staff make empty promises and never follow up - even when they say they will. I asked for this to be escalated to Management. Several times. Now I'm posting it here and everyone can read how bad your service is.
[URL Removed] is far better. So is Zando. So is [URL Removed] I'm not sure I will ever buy from you again.
