I am now sick and tired of phoning the southgate brand on a weekly basis to check where my Harddrive is and of it has been fixed, It was taken to the store on the 25th of November 2013, it is now the 25th of January and i still haven't received any feedback from the store... i want my HD as a matter of urgency. this is the worst service i have ever gotten from a store. i was told that this will only take 14 working days but its been too long now.
