POOR SERVICE

Last year November 2013 I pawned my brand new Mac Book Pro laptop at the cash converters mentioned above. On the 29 November 2013 the store got broken into and my laptop was as well as many other VALUABLE goods belonging to other customers. 1: I was NOT informed about the incident when it happened but only 3 weeks later when I went back to collect my laptop. 2: I was then told that my laptop would DEFINITELY be replaced in the second week of January 2014. 3: During all this time not once did the owner of the store bother contacting me with regards to updates from his insurance company even though I was PROMISED continuous feedback. 4: I went to the store on a weekly basis (still am) to find out what will happen or if I'll get it back OR a replacement laptop (also a promise that was not kept). Every week I either got the same story or new promises. I am STILL waiting for some kind of response but I'm being made a fool because I'm not getting ANY feedback besides "I'm waiting for the insurance company etc" Not ONE single item that was (ipads, laptops, cell phones, cameras etc) has been replaced.
I now feel that I need to take the next step & take legal action!!!
