2 weeks without geyser and stove - defect

I have tried since the 25th of November 2013 to get JAMAUK CC to come and repair the electrical box which has had a defect since I have moved into my flat since March 2013. It is now so bad that the electrical box made a fuse and my stove nor geyser is working. I have been phoning every day since the 25th of November 2013 and everyday he promises to send someone. he gave me the contact number of the electrician whom promised to come on the 06th of December 2013, he never pitched. The electrician he sent on the 25th of November 2013 "bypassed" the electricity, never to be seen again. I am now going to take legal action as I pay my rent every month on time. I have had such bad experiences with these people, including, being without electricity for almost five days, previously.
