Pathetic after sales service

I have recently purchased a Cassidy lounge suite including an extra recliner from Mall@Reds branch. From the onset we experienced a gaggle of incompetent/unprofessional staff from the order to delivery. The sales person is Ms Janie Goodman, and it seems that she tries somewhat to render a service, but is frequently let down by the other slackers at the branch, OR she is blatantly fibbing to us!!

Upon delivery of our lounge suite, we were informed the recliner that they were to deliver was found to be damaged and as such was returned. We then waited another 2 weeks and the chair was delivered. Upon delivery, it was discovered that it was a tilt/swivel chair, NOT one of which I requested. The delivery men struggled to fit the backrest to the chair, which I thought was odd. In that same week, I sat on the chair and it suddenly tilted sideways, only to discover that the backrest had come off. This happened repeatedly. After making final arrangements for the chair to be seen to, which was yesterday 22/1/2014 14h00, I waited until 16h00 as there was no action forthcoming. I thought I can entrust the manager with the responsibility to take action, but to no avail!
