I had an issue with my washing machine. I logged three service calls to have my machine fixed. The service technician came out to fix the machine, but it is still broken. He replaced the motor and timer switch, but I cannot do my laundry. I tried to get hold of the service centre manager, Gansen, and left 2 messages for him to contact me. Guess what, he's not interested in talking to the customer or returning your call. I have spent a lot of time and money calling the service centre. They need to fix the machine, because it is still under warranty. I thought I am paying a premium price for a quality appliance, and the service would be available. Whirlpool SA, your service.
